March Freddie Mac Puts

    We saw a lot of buying in the Freddie Mac March 2008 puts this afternoon. The stock itself moved down 4.85% while the 22.50 March put moved higher 38%. With the Federal Reserve chairman talking negatively about the housing market going forward, poor earnings just last week, and the stock hitting a new 52 week low, expect more downside movement on FRE.
