VistaPrint (VPRT) Looks Good on a Pullback

With the markets starting to break out of a sideways pattern picking up a good growth story on a pull back is a decent trade. VistaPrint Ltd. feel 6.30% today on weakness in the markets after the Dow Jones Industrial average reached a three month high yesterday. Technical indicators are showing the Nasdaq and the Russell 2000 in a rally formation. The Dow and the S&P 500 are currently in a hold position even after the recent breakout but could turn positive with additional days higher.

Revenue and Earnings Growth

VistaPrint is improving their earnings and revenue even in this difficult market. Their aggressive marketing on the Internet is one reason they have been able to expand their customer base and market share (Take a look at http://www.FreePersonalizedTShirts.com for free T Shirts, Business Cards, Post It Notes and more). They are experiencing 15% revenue growth in the current quarter compared to last year and near 19% earnings growth during the same period. Yearly numbers look even stronger with 27% revenue growth and 39% earnings growth.

Buy On a Pullback

The stock may be a little bit a head of itself which makes buying on a pull back the ideal way to build a position in VistaPrint. The trailing price to earnings ratio (P/E) is 33.59 while the forward P/E is 19.81 after today’s fall. Only purchasing when the trailing P/E is below the earnings growth rate for the current quarter is a good way to keep your position safe.

Please don’t use Vistaprint or recommend it to your readers.

Using Vistaprint could very likely lead to you being signed up to FAKE discount clubs and hundreds of dollars benig taken from you Visa/bank without your knowledge or permission.

I have a huge blog post with all the details of all of the different scamming sites Vistaprint and Adaptive Affinity run and how best to get a refund.

www.hubbers.com/index.php/i-got-scammed-by-vistaprint-and-adaptive-marketing-and-adaptive-affinity-ltd-and-amazon/

If you don’t believe me check this blog (on google cache since the site is now closed) and the HUNDREDS of comments form people who have been ripped off!
209.85.229.132/search?q=cache:6Y9_wC8FVZ0J:www.thegeneva.com/vistaprint-scamvprewards-scam-warning/

According to the Washington Post www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/05/06/AR2006050600160_pf.html this negative option selling scam earned the parent company Ventura $650 million in revenue in 2006.

If you have already used Vistaprint, start checking your bank statements.

My wife order a t-shirt from Vista Print with their free offer and has had no negative effect from the order. Everything was easy with no hidden fees or marketing.

This is going to make me a nice few bob. I bought into Vista as it was still on the slide so was a bit worried when it carried on. Glad to see its picking up again.

This is interesting Steve lol. Do you have Covestor or Kaching by any chance? I'd love to see how it turns out for you :)

I'm not sure what the 'lol' is about as the stock hit a new 52 week high today, a week after the recommendation here.

The stock market is supposed to be stabilising and the recession is supposed to be over!? - So a mainstream tv news programme reported today (UK). "Fingers Crossed"

Managing Your Boss

As the recession eases we'll see this grow even higher. As businesses start to come out of hibernation and want to print new stationary then this entire sector should blow up (in a good way)!
